How Do I Apply?

We look forward to having you as a resident in your choice of our fully furnished homes. It is easy to apply using the application portal on our website.

Should you have any questions regarding the application process or the properties available, please do not hesitate to call us.

Will I sign a lease?

Yes, you will sign a lease for the agreed term of occupancy.

Is my security deposit refundable?

Yes, based on the conditions of the property upon your departure. We ask that you leave the residence in a tidy condition with all trash removed and dishes cleaned. (In the dishwasher is O.K.) Linens, towels etc. should be left for the housekeeper to clean.

Can I have housekeeping service during my residency?

Yes, for an additional fee housekeeping is available.

Do the residences have internet services?

Yes, all residences have WIFI and basic cable.

If I have a problem such as plumbing who do I call?

You may call our maintenance company at 480-926-2922 for services 24/7. Please call during normal hours if there is not an emergency situation. Prompt courteous service will be provided.

May I extend my lease for the same time period and residence every year?

Possibly. Please contact us and we will do our best to aid you in reserving the residence for the following year. We cannot however guarantee the availability.

Who is responsible for cleaning the home upon my departure?

You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee that will cover your normal cleaning costs of the home you rent. You can leave the home in an unclean but tidy manner and we will take care of cleaning the home. If the property is left excessively dirty, then any additional charges will be charged to your security deposit.
