In 1990 as newcomers to the Phoenix are the Golba Family discovered firsthand the value of moving into a fully furnished condo while they waited for their home to be built. It was so nice to instantly have a furnished 2 bedroom home with a phone, utilities and every appliance and amenity they needed. In 1993 when Nancy Golba started managing homes one of her first priorities was to manage fully furnished properties so others coming to Phoenix Metro could “enjoy all the comforts of home away from home”. The owners of that condo were her first clients and remain clients today with Sun and Golf Destinations (A Golba Company).
For our Property Owners we will assist you to have an income producing environment when you're not using your home. For our Residents, we provide housing where all you need to bring with you are suitcases, groceries and sunglasses.
